The Pokémon Trading Card Game franchise is a long running series. We're coming up on the 30th birthday! With as many videogames, there are era's. The longer bygone an era is, the more expensive a set gets. There's plenty to research, and we'll put up some links here to the various era's and the sets contained within them, along with their desirability and value.

The important thing to know now is what your budget is. This hobby can be as expensive as you want it to be.
